• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens to deliver real-time notifications.
• Timestamps: Date and time of QR code scans and visitor submissions.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect precise or approximate location information
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or files without explicit permission
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Provide Services: To create and manage your account, generate QR codes, and facilitate communication between you and finders of your assets.
• Notifications: To send push notifications when someone scans your QR code or submits a visitor form.
• Communication: To enable messaging between asset owners and finders while maintaining privacy.
• Improve the App: To analyze usage patterns and enhance user experience.
• Security: To protect against unauthorized access and maintain the integrity of our services.
• Support: To respond to your requests and provide customer support.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

3.1 With Finders (Limited Information)

When someone scans your QR code, they can submit a message and photo to you through our secure system. Your email address and personal contact information are NOT revealed to finders.

3.2 Service Providers

We work with third-party services that help us operate the App:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, database storage, cloud messaging, and analytics
• Expo: For push notification delivery and app infrastructure
• Cloud Storage Providers: For storing visitor-submitted photos

These service providers are bound by contractual obligations to use your data only for the purposes specified by us.

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Upon deletion, all your personal data, assets, and visitor records will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
