Thank you for using WordPic! Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the WordPic Chrome Extension.

1. Data Collection

WordPic does not collect, store, or share any personal data, browsing history, or images. All image-to-text conversions are processed locally on your computer.

2. Third-Party Services

WordPic uses Gumroad’s secure API (api.gumroad.com) only for verifying premium license keys. This is an optional, user-initiated process.

3. Permissions Explained

• Storage: Used to store license information and download limits locally.
• Downloads: Required to export converted text, HTML, and PNG files.

4. Data Security

All communications with Gumroad occur via HTTPS. We do not transmit or store any personal information on external servers.

5. User Control

You can delete all locally stored data (including license info) by removing the extension or clearing its local storage via Chrome settings.
