To be absolutely clear, AI Progress Tracker does NOT collect:

- Photos or videos (all media is stored locally on your device)
- Location data or GPS coordinates
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs

- Contacts, messages, or call logs
- Payment information (we do not process payments)

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere:
- Photos: Progress photos you capture using the app's camera
- Videos: Timelapse videos generated from your photos
- App Settings: Category preferences, reminder settings, and app configurations
- Gallery Metadata: Photo timestamps, categories, and notes you add
Note: All locally stored data can be deleted at any time through the app's Settings → "Reset All Data" feature. This permanently removes all photos, videos, and settings from your device.
4. Permissions We Request
AI Progress Tracker requests the following device permissions to provide core functionality:
Camera Permission
Why we need it: To capture progress photos using your device's camera.
How we use it: Photos are saved directly to your device's local storage. We do not upload or transmit photos.
Storage/Media Permission
Why we need it: To save photos and generated videos to your device, and to allow you to select audio files for video export.
How we use it: Files are stored in your device's local storage. We do not access other files or folders beyond what you explicitly select.
Notifications Permission
Why we need it: To send daily reminder notifications (only if you enable this feature in Settings).
How we use it: Notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.
5. Third-Party Services
AI Progress Tracker does NOT integrate with any third-party services that collect user data:
- ❌ No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
- ❌ No advertising networks (AdMob, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- ❌ No crash reporting services that collect personal data
- ❌ No cloud storage or backup services
- ❌ No social media integrations

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share, sell, trade, or transfer any information to third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share.
The only exception would be if required by law, but since we do not possess any user data, we cannot disclose what we do not have.

Parents who believe their child may have provided information should contact us, and we will assist in removing any locally stored data through the app's reset feature.

- Access: All your data is accessible within the app's Gallery and Videos sections
- Delete: You can delete individual photos/videos or reset all data through Settings
- Export: You can export videos to your device gallery
- Disable Features: You can turn off reminders and other features at any time

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
