Pose Master ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application.
By using Pose Master, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Photos & Images
Photos you submit for pose generation are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. Images are sent securely to our AI processing service, transformed into pose variations, and the original image is immediately discarded after processing. We do not retain, archive, or back up your photos.
2.2 Device Identifier
We generate a unique, random device identifier (e.g., device_1710000000_abc123) that is stored locally on your device. This identifier:
- Is used solely to track your credit balance and prevent abuse
- Is not linked to your personal identity (name, email, phone number)
- Cannot be used to identify you across different devices or apps
- Is classified as "Collected" data under Google Play's Data Safety section
2.3 Purchase History
When you purchase credits via Google Play Billing, we record the purchase token and product ID to verify transactions and credit your account. This data is processed through Google Play's secure billing system.
2.4 App Activity
We track credit usage (number of generations) to maintain accurate balances. We do not track which specific images you generate or store the content of your requests beyond what is necessary for real-time processing.
⚠️ What We Do NOT Collect: Name, email address, phone number, physical address, location, contacts, browsing history, biometric data, or any form of personal identification.
3. How We Use Information
- Device identifier: To maintain your credit balance, associate purchases with your account, and prevent fraudulent activity
- Photos: Exclusively for generating pose variations; images are discarded immediately after processing
- Purchase tokens: To verify transactions with Google Play and credit your account accurately
- App activity: To ensure accurate credit deduction and system reliability
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- AI Processing Partner: Photos are sent to our AI service provider (OpenAI) via encrypted connections for pose generation. OpenAI processes images under their own privacy policy and does not use submitted images for model training.
- Google Play Billing: Purchase transactions are processed by Google Play, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Photos: Deleted immediately after pose generation is complete. Not stored on any server.
- Device identifier & credit data: Retained for the lifetime of your account to maintain service continuity.
- Purchase records: Retained as required for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at sujith81159@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- All data transmission between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Device identifiers are stored securely using the device's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain)
- Server infrastructure is configured with security headers, rate limiting, and access controls
- Photos are never persisted to disk on our servers
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Pose Master is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at sujith81159@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Permissions
Pose Master requests the following device permissions:
- Camera: To capture photos for pose generation
- Photo Library (Read): To select existing photos from your gallery for pose generation
- Photo Library (Write): To save generated pose images to your gallery
- Google Play Billing: To process in-app credit purchases
All permissions are used solely for their stated purposes. No permission is requested or used for data collection beyond the app's core functionality.

- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data
- Objection: Object to the processing of your data
