AI Todo is a privacy-focused Chrome extension. All task analysis is performed on-device using the browser’s LanguageModel API. No data is collected, transmitted, or shared with third-party services.

Data We Collect

We only store the minimum information required to operate the extension:

• Todo text you manually add
• Quadrant assignments (1–4)
• Metadata such as priorityIndex and timestamps for local ordering

No personal identifiers, browsing data, analytics, or background information is collected.

How Data Is Stored

All data is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.sync. Nothing is transferred to any external server by the extension. If Chrome Sync is enabled, the browser may sync your data across your own devices — this is a browser feature, not an extension process.

On-device AI Usage

When enabled, AI Todo uses Chrome’s built-in LanguageModel API to analyze tasks and generate insights. All AI processing is done locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any external system.

Data Sharing

AI Todo does not share any data with third parties. No analytics, ads, or tracking tools are included.

Cookies & Tracking

AI Todo does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or any form of profiling technology.

User Rights

• You can delete any task at any time inside the extension.
• You may remove the extension to delete all stored data instantly.
• You may clear extension storage directly from Chrome settings.

Security

Your data stays within your browser. If you find a security issue, please report it immediately.

Children

AI Todo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of the extension after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
